The Theth to Valbona hike was breathtaking and we had a full meal in Theth at a local homestay before departing. Andi keep us going when the trail got difficult and kept spirits up, while sharing a lot about Albania, his experience growing up there, the history and the local way of life.   We had a very enjoyable time with our cooking class. Sindi picked us up and took us to the class location. She directed us to make 3 dishes: ... read more a baked beef dish with sauce, stuffed pastry and dessert. All were delicious and her directions were very good. She spoke good English, so very easy to understand. We also shared a bottle of homemade wine. I would definitely recommend if you have time in Tirana.

  Mosaic of cultures - After a tour in Montenegro we had the chance to visit Prizren in Kosovo as well. Great, interesting place and a melting pot of 3 nationalities.
