   This was a brilliant afternoon. Sindi was a great tutor. We learned about the different types of traditional Albanian food and then cooked some delicious dishes. I couldn't pick my... read more favourite as they were all great. Sindi's father gave us some homemade wine which was lovely. We also tried hot and cold raki. You are provided with the recipes for the dishes you cook after and I will definitely be making them again. The course is also suitable for those with limited cooking skills as everything is explained well and are not too difficult. 
 
 The course is an absolute bargain. A wonderful afternoon. Don't hesitate to book.

   We had a really nice cooking class with wonderful food. But best thing about 'go as local' is the owner who is extraordinarily caring about the wellbeing of his customers.... read more He always replied fast, is kind, considered our wishes, even organized us something for our further travel  needs for free. He, as well as his sister, who did the cooking class were funny and interesting conversation partners. Fully recommended!!!
