The tour was great and our driver Skerdi was excellent. He is friendly, smart, and very knowledgeable. He has a passion for the Balkans and it shows. The tour takes a full day, we left Tirana at approximately 7:30 am and arrived back at our hotel at approximately 8:30 pm. Skerdi kept us on track but he was flexible with time and we never felt rushed. Budva and Kotor are amazing places to see and I recommend visiting them if one has the time. I would not hesitate to take another tour with Skerdi and the Go as Local team and I highly recommend them.
