We have been to the mountain villages of Valbona and Theft, connected by an amazing hike in which you get to see the stunning scenery that Albania has to offer. You get to witness the diverse nature, from the rocky landscape to lush forests. Furthermore you also get to experience the nature from the water side, which was quite interesting. Just remember to bring plenty of sun cream and a sun hat 🙂
We also got to taste traditional Albanian food, as well as meditarrian food and cold beverages.

Andi was our guide and he has done his home work, that’s for sure. He is a very pleasant guy that makes you feel welcome and included in all the activities on this tour. He is passionate about Albanian history and you will have plenty of interesting conversations with this guy. All the planning from the pick-up in Tirana until our drop-off in Shkodër (after the stand upp paddling we stayed here, instead of going back to Tirana) was kept on schedule. So all in all you can expect a very versatile tour which is well organized and fun to attend.
Lastly, there is a great balance between activity and free time which means that you also get enough time to recharge after a day of action!
